Yes, AGAINERs can be attached to the majority of ski boots with a durable, yet simple connector that does not require any special tools or holes.

Will AGAINER fit my body?
AGAINERs fit more than 90% of adult skiers. AGAINERs are specifically designed for very flexible fitting that enables you to adjust AGAINERs to your height, length and girth of your leg.

Will the AGAINERs protect my knees like a brace?
No. AGAINER set must always be transported only in checked baggage as AGAINER set contains elements that are not allowed in the plane’s cabin.

Can I ski with support function OFF while wearing my AGAINERs?
Yes, you can. You can easily turn off the gas spring’s support function by flipping the switch.

How can I use a chairlift?
Just flip the switch to depower the gas spring while in the lift line. When you get off the lift and are ready to ski just flip the switch again and AGAINER is ready to support you through those turns.

Can I bring AGAINER set in planes while stored in hand luggage?
No. AGAINER set must always be transported only in checked baggage as AGAINER set contains elements that are not allowed in the plane’s cabin.

Your AGAINER is warrantied for 2 years on all parts and labour. For more information about the AGAINER warranty please read here.

What happens if my AGAINER breaks?
In the very unlikely circumstance that your AGAINER breaks you should return it immediately to the retailer where you purchased the AGAINER. If this is not possible to reach the retailer, contact us for a Return Authorization number and afterwards ship your AGAINER to us for repair or replacement.

Your AGAINER System is guaranteed for 2 full years on all parts.
If, in the rare case, an AGAINER part fails, the retailer where you purchased the AGAINER will gladly replace that part, repair your AGAINER or replace your AGAINER if it cannot be repaired. If you are not able to reach the retailer where you purchased the AGAINER or you have purchased your Againer in our online shop, contact us and afterwards ship your AGAINER to us for repair or replacement.
If the warranty has expired, the Againer retailers or we will repair your Againer.
Contact the retailer where you purchased the Againer as they stock parts for replacement or contact us and afterwards ship your AGAINER to us for repair.
